By now you should be proficient in at least getting the practice object to move. I am assuming at this point that you have had at least some sort of success. If you are having difficulties with the pendulum(due to it being slightly heavier), try with a different practice object. Further, if you have not yet gotten the object to move, there are other telekinesis resources on the website for you to try.
You should take your time and go through all of your journal entries to take note of your progress, noted bad habits, and patterns of successes with your practices. If you see any weaknesses in yourself of your abilities(especially prerequisites to this course), take this time to go and correct those. Write down everything new you have noted today in your practice journal. Do not continue until you have completed this exercise.
Exercise #5: Practice Telekinesis: Move it Like a Limb
In exercise #3, we focused primarily on forming a connection with the object by using a link, and by using your belief structure to help you gently move the object. This time we are going to focus more heavily on the use of tactile visualization and other common techniques for moving objects using telekinesis.
