Telekinesis is one of most sought after psionic skills out there. Why?
Most people find it appealing, and “cool” more so then they find it
useful, however, if you continue to practice, I’m sure you will be
able to create some practical uses. When I started practicing Psychokinesis,
hence forth abbreviated as Pk, I really had no idea what I was doing.
Over time, I started gaining more knowledge about the subject, and I’m going to do
my best to share the best information I found in this little article. As
opposed to having just one method, I’ll present a few that worked for
me and others in the hopes that the reader will either A. Get 1 of the
methods to work for him/her B. Tweak and combine methods to create one
specifically suited to himself/herself. The reason for this is because
there is not a single method that will work for everyone, and since
you know yourself better than I, you will be able to see which methods
will work for you. That being said, I’d encourage you to give each
method a weeks dedicated time, however, if you are really feeling that
the method you are working on is simply not going to show results, it
is fine to try a new one.
My experience with pk has shown me that more passive methods have
yielded better results for me and many others. However, again you know
yourself better than I, and as such, I will present a few methods, so
everyone should be able to find a method that will work for them.
Method 1- “Just do it” or “Will it.”
This method is very well known, but not very well understood. There
are actually many variations to what we hear as “Just do it” and the
method that I am providing has worked very well for me.
Step 1. Relax- This includes Meditation, counting breaths, counting
down from 100 to 0. As long as you can quiet your mind and stop
thinking, because it is essentially your subconscious that moves the
object, and if your mind is blabbering constantly, it will prevent
movement.
Step 2. Connect- This step does not have to be an active, conscious
one, as commonly believed. I have always had trouble becoming one with
the object consciously, however, if you want to try that, you might
imagine the feeling of your arm, and create that feeling with the
object. However, what I usually do is just focus on the object.
Concentrate on it. You can if you would like, see all the details of
it, or remember how it felt in your hand. As I said, however, I
usually just focus on it.
Step 3. Intend and Will- This is the step where the object moves. For
me, it came as a surprise when I finally felt that feeling of moving
an object. It was way “easier” and more passive than I had imagined.
Just simply will it to move, and expect to do so. Don’t think, just
will it. You don’t want your thinking to interrupt you, so this is why
you should meditate or relax before hand.
*Hint- I would suggest learning conceptual thinking and using that to
provide the proper intention to your subconscious.
That’s all there is to it for this method. Just relax, connect, and
will it to move. This is the method that I currently use, and I find
it yields good results.
Method 2. Psi Strings
This method involves using energy to move the
object. I have found little to no success with this, however, there
have been a number of people who have found great success with it.
This is one of the more active, conscious methods.
Step 1- Relax- Like all telekinesis methods, you should relax before
hand. Same as with the just do it method, you can meditate, count
breaths and do whatever it is you feel necessary to quiet your mind
down.
Step 2- Visualize Strings- This step is where you will make the
connection with the object. In this method, you visualize AND feel
energy strings coming out of your hand and connecting to the object.
Feel it melting in and becoming one with the object.
Step 3- Move it- To move an object with this method is the easiest
part; however, it requires hand movements as well so make sure that
your hands are not creating air currents as this could move the
object, assuming it is light. Simply move your hands while visualizing
the strings pulling or pushing the object as you move. If you do not
want to move your hands, you can create “psi hands” and connect the
string to those, however, that is a little more complicated and I
suggest practice with your physical hands first to get the feel for
it.
Method 3
- – This method also relies on energy. It would help if you
had already had some experience with Energy Manipulation and your
Third Eye.
Step 1.- Relax- (Same as the first two methods)
Step 2- Accumulate Energy- In this step, you should accumulate a large
amount of energy in your third eye area.
Step 3- – In this step, you visualize and feel energy blasting
out of your third eye and moving the object. You should fully expect
it to move as the blast hits the object.
Method 4. Move it like a limb
This method to me makes a lot of sense,
and I really like the idea of it.
Step 1- Relax. Same as the other methods. Mediation or counting of
breaths should suffice.
Step 2- Connect- This time, the connection should be conscious and you
will want to create the feeling that the object is a limb of yours.
Try transporting that feeling of your arm being connected to you, to
the object. Imagine you have nerves inside the object. Do whatever you
want, but make it feel like a limb.
Step 3- Move it- This is the easiest step. You know how to move an
arm, a finger or other limb. So, just move it like a limb. Simple as
that!
Conclusion- Well, that’s it for the psychokinesis article! Thank you
for reading. Of course, all these methods take practice. You might see
results the first day, first month or first year. Just remember, it is
definitely worth the wait!
If you are having trouble choosing a method to try first, take this
into consideration. The “Just do it” method is a very passive method,
relying on thoughtlessness and relaxation. If that matches your
behavior, then that would be a method to try. However, if you are a
person that likes to be in Control and do everything consciously, the
string or psi blast method would work. In the middle of those two
extremes is the “Move it like a limb” method which is excellent for
many people because it combines the best of both worlds and allows you
to consciously be in control of moving the object, yet you are passive
enough to allow it to happen.
