between psi and chi? are they the same thing?

I\'m gonna leave this threat alone :p

All I will say it that there are differing views on the topic. I argued with my wiccan friend about it awhile ago (he does not think psi is as useful as wicca because it\'s a younger practice than it). Research both psi and chi and make your own opinion. If others have a different opinion you can keep yours, change it to their\'s, or alter your own as you gain more information you find useful.

(Ive already gone in too deep, stopping)

lol thank you both for the information

i was just wondering because ive noticed while training martial arts most people refer to your energy as \"chi\". and it seems that when i use my chi and put it into my strikes, the impact increases by like ten-fold.

example: i got angry because i almost spilled my water onto my 360 three times in 5 minutes, so i picked up an old metal DVD player, held it with one hand, and punched it with the other, and cracked it nearly in half my friend was in the room with me at the time too lol and was just like \"wtf?\"

so i was thinking that \"chi\" has more of a physical effect, while \"psi\" is more mental

just some of my thoughts
