No one is here anymore, and the moderators arent here either. There also havent been articles... I know I havent been here in a long time, but what happened? I miss this site.
There was a point where this site was more active, but I couldn't tell you exactly when, it's was a while ago when the site died down. There are still a few people left who ask questions every once and a while, and ShadowRain is still an active mod.
Im still around. This website has about 40+ articles that havent been posted yet. I have some issues due to school so I cant be in the chats as much as id like. Things are going to change within the next two months(supposed to be done already, but im not finished with the updates). We are going to be targeting a different audience, and will be focusing more on research since after the 40 added articles, that will be almost enough to where we need to focus on other stuff. The site will be frequently updated after this large update(which has been in progress for almost a year) weekly or semi-weekly with a new article. We will be electing new staff and will be doing on topics on a semi-weekly basis.
Basically, Im nuking almost everything staff-wise/philosophy wise/community wise, and we are starting over soon with a new approach. It just takes a lot of time, and I dont want to talk about it before Im prepared because people will want to know why it is taking a long time.

Well. I have dreamed about psionics quite a lot. (just this morning I woke up after dreaming about spinning a fork) And I have consistently dreamed about psionics throughout my years (starting in 6th grade).
Sleep makes what you learn into solid memory (thinking here..) and when you sleep, instead of cramming, you actually learn more.( also the brain measures difficulty based on the time it takes (to study))
But when I am about to sleep, I get images or begin to dream (you know...when you are making a story that you control when half asleep) and I have gotten amazing things out of it.I got a really awsome dress design. I have gotten a few lucid dreams too.
I woke up the other morning, and I finally got an idea \"how would the OBJECT feel when it is moved?\" and it worked amazingly well.Dreaming/sleeping works out problems and gives you amazing results.
I have thought the same thing too. But wouldn\'t it be no fun if you were basically awake in all of your dreams, and in full control? I mean..I get epic fights, amazing stories (mainly with awsome plots, and battles with psionics (oddly enough)). I tend to remember my dreams and I would not like to control them too much. I have not had a nightmare in a LONG time (knock on wood).
Let the dream workout how psionics works, maybe? I mean, doesn\'t the subC know how to best?
perhaps (half sleep dream) your subC to teach you, begin the dream plot (it usually works for me)
BTW, has anyone had those \"I remember how this goes\" or \"this happened this time so I will do this, this time\" in their dreams? anyone repeated their dreams and say, \"HEY, I remember this!!\" in their dream (happens to me a LOT)
I think lucid dreaming would work, but for me, I would not do them too much, I like to leave the problem solving to the professionals (gestures to subC..some how..) (seems like I lost track here...)
I say YES to lucid dreaming practice, BUT it could (?) be detrimental if you do it too much. I mean, you can have too much of anything.
Also, I wonder if the 10,000 hour idea applies to psionics also ( 10,000 hours of practicing on thing = pro (like music for instance)) These are just my thoughts, I am NO expert.

I dont think so. Lucid dreams are very different than real life. I\'ve tried it, didnt make a difference anyways. You can DO psionics FROM a lucid dream (like go to somebody telepathically) but I dont think you can practice inside one.
