First off, I want to thank you for the easy to read guide that is provided, its just what I've been looking for.

Anyway, I've noticed something odd lately.  When I've been holding something for an extended period of time (usually my mouse or a game controller) my hands start to feel strange.  Its not my hand falling asleep or going numb or anything like that.  It feels like my hands are expanded and I can distinctly feel my fingers touching each other even though the feeling of contact is inside what I'm holding.  I haven't measured how long it takes to get to that point, but I know that if I release the object that I lose the feeling unless i pick it back up within a second or so.

Does anyone know the feeling I'm talking about, or experienced something like it?

Re: What exactly am I experiencing?

However it could be some kind of energetic quirk as a result of holding something for an extended period of time. People who are naturally projective often charge objects with there energy without knowing it. Personally when I charge an object for use, I often feel myself through the entire object. What your experiencing could be something similar to that.

Re: What exactly am I experiencing?

Thanks for the response. Um, yeah i guess I could describe it as feeling through the object.  I suppose numbness could do the same thing, but I have never had random numbness before.  Also I paid closer attention last time it happened and I noticed that 1) the feeling did not go away with close awareness and 2) when I clicked the mouse it was like I felt the whole button click as opposed to my finger pushing down on it.  Does that make sense?

EDIT: upon further exploration, I've found that this seems to happen to me primarily with electronic devices.  Is this because they give off a stronger field or something? Maybe I have an affinity for it?  Or perhaps because I actively tried to get the effect with other objects and in doing so subconsciously blocked it with a form of expectation contrary to what I wanted?  Mostly thinking out loud here, but please provide some insight if you feel like it.
