I was at my room still trying to find a way to move the psi-wheel, I tried making constructs to move it and what not. I then stopped and started charging my hands, I charged for a few minutes and then stopped, and then I charged again and stopped, I did this for quite a few times.
I then decided to do my daily excersice and do Dumbell Curls, As usual I did it up to 40 on my right hands but I noticed something different, I didn't feel any pain or soreness, Usually by the time I get to 40 I would feel pain.
I then kept on going on and do more curls, I then reached 130-140 curls without stopping and continously but I still didn't feel ANYTHING, I could've went and go further but I stopped because I didn't want to do any physical damage on myself.
My whole arm now is numb and I couldn't move it for a few minutes.
My question is:
Is this normal?
Have any of you experienced this?
Was it a right decision to stop or should I have kept going on?
If it is normal is it a good thing if I "practise" this?
Would I get any physical Damage if I do this?

Wow that is quite impressive.
Charging your body with energy has been known to give people the ability to surpass regular limitations, so this has happened before and you shouldn't worry about it. If your body can handle the energy, it wont hurt, so it's not a concern if it's not causing something bad to happen to you.
As for your concerns about damaging your body, this is ultimately up to you. However i like to go by the philosophy; that which can be destroyed by energy can be restored by energy.

I have generally been using up and storing more energy so I think I can handle the amount of energy.
After that day I have slowly tried to re-enact the thing and actually gotten somewhat a positive result.
I used this technique for atleast 10 minutes a day and within the end of the week I have realised quite an impressive improvement.
Not only does it physically "boosts" me but also trains me in the psionic area. I am much more sensitive to sensing the energy now and I can move energy throughout my body without any struggle.
One other clear improvement I have seen is that I am able to create a pretty dense psiball in less than 10 seconds, if not 15.
I am now "researching" into this phenomenon and hopefully will be able to inherit this to other forms of psychokinesis.

The only thing i would be careful of with increasing ones bodily capacity for energy is a possible energy reflux. General its only seen in hardcore practitioners, but with storing energy like that, i would think it could cause a similar effect.
It's generally nothing to worry about though, it usually only causes rashes and making you heat up to a degree of discomfort. It has the potential to get really bad, but if you can control your energy levels on the whim, then you should be fine.
Hmmm intriguing, its rather fascinating that charging can give you the energy for greater amounts of stamina. I am curious as to whether this has the same effect on overall strength. An experiment I put forwards for you to try (since you have experience already) if you would be so interest is thus.
Basic experiment outline would be to first, discover what your 1 rep dumbell curl weight is (the maximum amount of weight you can curl once on a dumbell) without charging, we'll call this amount A. Once discovered, give yourself some time to cool down and relax (a day maybe) so that your arm is fine.
Step two would be to perform the same charge amount listed in your first post, and attempt to lift the weight (amount A) multiple times (lifting this weight once and giving your muscle's a rest period to build up should hopefully prove negligible). I am predicting you should be able to do 3-5 reps of this amount.
Step three would be to (after giving your body a rest period) attempt to do curls (just 1) of weights in duplicate, triplicate and a half extra of amount a (amount a + a half amount a, eg if amount a was 4 kg, then half would be 2 kg and the total would be 6kg), after a charging session of the same as step two. If I am right in my assumption that charging can increase strength as well as stamina then you should be able to lift half at least, and hopefully duplicate. Triplicate would be amazing.

My belief is that the charging effect will have the same effect that the emotions the women was feeling (that of the urgent desire to free her child), may have the same effect.
Thats my belief anyway. If you would be interested in doing this, that would be awesome. If not, I understand, I will wait until I can do charging relatively well before I attempt it : p. Congrats on what sounds like a very successful charging session, being able to do stuff like that is just amazing.
