I've read on another psionics forum (and site) about getting in touch with your own subconscious and being able to communicate with it. I've tried a few different ways in getting my mind quiet enough to be able to hear or feel something with no success. Does anyone have any tips or ideas to help me get closer to accomplishing this goal?
(I know about meditation and I'm practicing using that as well, with no luck so far. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those people who think something will happen right away, I know things take time, but I was just wondering if there are better or easier ways to do it.)
Thanks so much!! ;D

Please read the "mindfulness meditation" portion of the psychic getting started guide. You are going to have to click through a few pages to find it. As far as "communicating" with one's subconscious, also try progressive relaxation, self-affirmations, etc. All of these topics can also be found in the guide.
Here are some helpful articles etc in your task. Personally I use trances to help unify different levels of consciousness, SunTzu has an article on psipog about trancing ( http://www.psipog.net/art-trancing.html ) and I have an article on this website which includes trancing as a subject ( http://www.psionicsonline.net/esp-extra-sensory-perception/articles/48-b... ).
Additionally there is this: http://www.psionicsonline.net/psychokinesis/past-seminars/109-session-2-... (Seminar on affirmations and technique design)
Now, read :-)

Thanks, and I have read those articles some time ago. As I said in my post, I'm working with meditation.

Thanks for all the links! I'll be reading them right now :D
well, I myself whilst not being an expert on the subject myself to have acouple of things to say.
first, personally, I just pay really close attention to all of my thoughts in general. especially trying to acknowledge where the thought may come from or originate. most of the time, of course, you may just think of food because your hungry. but then you start having certain songs get stuck in your head or feelings come up and just realize that your sub-c is trying to take part.
just my 2 cents and personal opinion on utilizing the subconscious.
Thanks for the tips, I'll keep your ideas in mind. Hopefully one day I'll be able to do this ^^;
Nothing works entirely for me, but good o' self-hypnosis seems to be the best.
I used this process, which is what some professionals use as well.
I mean either way you're just leaving yourself up to suggestion.
Dream interpretation is a good way too, maybe make some ****** tea? It's supposed to give you great dreams for a week while not doing much in the day.
