You are basically slowing down or reversing kinetic movement in a given area. Buy a child's pinwheel toy, and set it up in front of a constant kinetic force(a fan blowing air). So, the pinwheel should be spinning on it's own when you're not using PK. Your goal is to get the pinwheel to slow down, stop, or spin the other way, hence the the phrase opposing force. Start on the slowest fan speed. Even if you only get the pinwheel to slow down or stutter at 1st, you're on the right track. It's also a great way to distance train. I can now do it from about 40+ feet (distance doesn't really matter) & send it in full reverse. If you master this, there will be many applications(putting out fires, freezing water, slowing a process within your own body)ect. You can also use the understanding gained from this training to speed kinetic energies up. Imagine controlling the rate of anything in motion. The kinetic energy here is the air coming from the fan, as well as the potential energy in the pinwheel. If you pay close attention & think deeply, this actually means influencing everything around us. Name something in this world which isn't in motion? Imagine the applications...
1. It really does help if you've had even minor success doing the psi_wheel from a distance.
2. I focus through my third eye, but whatever works for you, hands, good luck charms:)
3. I've used all kinds of constructs for this, but if you can already spin the psi_wheel then your mind knows what to do already.
It's a constant pressure against your intention/energy/focus, so it will make you stronger. My psi_wheel spins super fast now! It's also kind of undeniable PK, meaning it will boost your confidence and people won't doubt your ability so easily:)
