well not really taste it

lately when i practice my PK ive been trying to slide a little piece of paper across my glass desk. now i havent gotten it to move yet, but it just seems like its so close to moving. the paper wants to move but it just cant. it feels like there is a TINY barrier between me and the paper i just cant break through and make it slide. by barrier i mean like a small mental block you know?

do i just need to practice more and eventually that barrier will go away? because it just feels so close to moving

thanks for any suggestions

I find usually progress comes in spurts. It can be gradual, but usually it comes in spurts. Something will happen, and all of the sudden you can roll pens. So what I think you should do is keep practicing consistantly. But every once in a while mess around with different things, and eventually it should go. Try every once in a while doing SOMETHING differently, like use a different desk, or paper, or hold your hands a different way, or fold the paper in a funky way. Sometimes that will get rid of the mental block to do it for the first time, because your subconcious will see it as \"different\" than all those other times that you failed. If you just keep doing what your doing, eventually it should go, yes. But those things can really speed it up.

Remember to keep messing with things, but also be consistant. Also, meditation is a must. Meditate every chance you get.

thanks alot for the advice you guys. i can tell this site is gonna help me advance in my psionics

oh and about how long did it take for some of you to notice movement when you started PK?

Cu: I dont think you will really get anywhere without meditation. Its possible I guess, but very unlikely. You can spin a psiwheel just fine? A lot of people think the same thing, until they find out its the heat from thier hands or wind. If you can do it with a glass jar over it, thats good. Dont expect to get any farther without meditation though, because your lucky you even got that far IMO.
