Okay, So first off I would like to say I\'ve only recently come back to the community. I am the same saintbob you have seen in the various videos in the media section. I wanted to start a post that will hopefully help encourage regular PK practice & motivate the practitioner to move on from where they are to where they want to be.
Where I am: Currently I am able to spin the inverted tinfoil. After a prolonged absence, I would say that getting back to where I was in only 3 days time isn\'t to bad.
Where I would like to be: I would like to be able to roll a can proficiently.
I would like for everyone who likes PK to do something like I have just done above.
Mark where they are, and where they would like to be. And after a while post an update, maybe saying how much longer you think it will take, if you\'ve gotten a twitch, etc.
If your a beginner to PK and haven\'t even twitched a psiwheel, I would recommend reading the following articles :

Its the same for me. I\'ve never seen that one before.

Try this one:

Apparently putting background music in is a no no. Oops!
It\'s just random video clips that I put together - nothing major. Enjoy! ;)
Re: Psychokinesis Practice: What you do, and where you hope to b
Excellent! Your vids are inspiring! May I ask what the conditions where when you were doing those? Like:
Possible Skeptic Factors: (ex: A/C)
Temperture: Not specific just general termed
Mood: Your personal feelings
Rounds: How many times have you been successful and unsuccessful?
Sorry for the questions, I\'m just very interested in all of these things and having someone who can do it to talk to is just too good an oppertunity to pass up.
Re: Psychokinesis Practice: What you do, and where you hope to b
Thanks Joekerr68! Great questions as well!
Possible skeptical factors - I practice often under a small glass box (I call it the psi wheel hut) to ensure there is no a/c. I used to always think \'well maybe someone walked by or maybe there was a wind\' but after doing it for a while, you learn to really feel the wheel move. So the \'feel\' is what makes me KNOW it is me and not other factors. Plus I practice in lots of different locations to test it out. I am a microbiologist so telekinetics was very hard to digest at first (simply because I didn\'t have scientific proof). To achieve it though, you must be sure it is possible. At first, I could only perform tk in my comfortable environment. I compare this to sports - when you learn a new skill, it\'s so new that your conditions need to be kept the same so you can repeat the skill again and again. After confidence builds, you can perform it in multiple settings and even for others to see. So challenge yourself by changing conditions - then you\'ll build confidence and know that it you\'re moving it.
Temperature - never considered this although I always use paper and not aluminum. I\'ve heard body heat can affect aluminum. Not sure though.
Mood - TOTALLY affects tk. If I have my wheel by my desk and I get a rush of emotion, the wheel will move. I can\'t move it if I\'m feeling down or frustrated. The moment I become impatient, it\'s over. Perhaps in time, this won\'t affect me as much but at my level, I have to be calm, clear, focused and not rushed. I meditate every morning and I try to maintain the same calm mentality throughout the day. I would say the most important aspect is that if you don\'t move the wheel/pen/whatever, still tell yourself you had a great practice. It won\'t always work - that doesn\'t mean you wasted your time. You still practiced and so you are closer to your goal.
Rounds - sometimes it flies around like a spinning top, sometimes it slowly slowly moves. For me, the wheel/object often moves back and forth. It rarely stays in one direction and just spins. I don\'t know why that is but I\'ve let it go. I just let it go wherever it feels like. I don\'t have much direction control. Perhaps this will come with time.
Ask all the questions you\'d like. I\'m no expert at all - many of the admins & individuals who post on this forum have amazing advice and experience doing this. They are all really inspiring. So keep asking questions and keep practicing! We create our own limitations; so keep an open mind and the universe is yours.
peace
