As I spent last night going back & fourth from moving heavier objects to lighter objects. I started to feel like the weight barrier was in my head, rather than an objective reality; a lifetime of conditioning. It\'s like when I was first able to play the guitar well enough for anyone to listen to. I had to feel connected and think of myself as a guitarist rather than someone trying to learn. So, I started feeling that way about PK last night, and the heavier objects seemed the same as the lighter ones. It\'s like I\'m projecting belief. Anyone else having similar thoughts or experiences?

I get the same feeling when playing guitar =).

I have yet to experience connectivity while doing PK, but thanks for sharing this, it made me realize something important. Connection is important.

wow, these ShirakOmega vids are great! can\'t wait to work on these skills; after I get some sleep, lol:)

End  of week one: psi_wheel fork

Spin goes well, till the fork tells me \"dude, I\'m a Seesaw\". You can always see my frustration when my lamp starts flickering, lol. Anyway, in hindsight, I should have went with the up & down motion:)
