Quick Question about Mentally Feeling an object

From what I read, I understand that in order to do Psychokenisis, you must visualize and connect to an object. I just had a question on how exactly to connect mentally to the object. When feeling what the object feels like, and \"becoming one\" with the object, am I supposed to feel what the object is like in my mind, or feel it in the spot its in? I\'m not too sure if I worded that correctly, but hopefully someone will understand what I mean. Thanks in advance

Alright then, that should make it much easier then. :-D Thanks for the fast reply!

Ignore this post...it wrote it twice...and im kind of new, working on figuring out how to delete a post....but thanks again

what i do to move the psi wheel, is to \"feel\" a sharp tendril of energy extending from my field and then have it \"infect\" the field of the psi wheel until the psi wheel\'s field is simply another part of my own, wether the object has a field or wether it is a figment of my imagination, or a construct designed to be a field, I have no clue. After this, i move the psi wheel as if it was a part of my body. I do this as my main focus is EM and i do not EVER work with visualisation as it doesn\'t work for me, but i work completley by feel. I am not in any way suggesting that you give up on visualisation though, this is just what works for me(i developed it from extensive psi vamping lol)

Thank you everyone for your help! I managed to get my psiwheel to move. I\'m not at a full rotation yet, I keep mentally getting stuck on the corners and then turning it back the opposite way. Probably just my ADD or indecisiveness. I was using a neon green postit for my psiwheel (for lack of better materials at the time) and now that I got that moving it was messing up my eyes. When I switched over to a piece of white paper, I cant manage to make it budge an inch. I figure its just my mind thinking that the PK is to move that green postit and nothing else. Hopefully I\'ll get over that soon.

im ADD 2, wat works for me is I sit in a chair that is not quite straight backed, and soft, then i close my eyes and slowly count numbers, after a while it will get really hard to count and than when i wake up im pretty focused. i also use this trick to do OOBE\'s, exept with these i lay down face up on my bed.

ok thanks! Ill try that and see how it works

to lock onto an object, I find it works best to apply every single sense to that object...if it\'s a foil psiwheel, feel the grittiness of the foil, feel the flimsiness of the corners...sense it\'s weight...probably light like paper...taste the metallic taste...Oh know this seems like enough to make your head explode, but after a while, you\'ll find that you can lock on to an object without having to physically feel it first...you\'ll start to be able to sense objects as you walk past them...I personally believe that this method is the best in the lonng run, because if you feel ready to try moving something different or bigger, you will be prepared to lock onto it, and the only thing stopping the movement will be a subconscious blocke...and also, when sensing the object, I completely AVOID visualization...I find that this blocks me from really connecting me with the true object...that being said, you do not need to imagine the object in front of you, nor in one spot in your head...you want your entire brain to be locked onto the object kenistheticaly...when you move your arm, do you imagine yourself moving it, or do you feel yourself doing it? same thing with TK...now I\'m not saying to completely avoid visualization...in fact, it is excellent as a form of pre PK meditation, and can sometimes make all the difference, especially if your very anxious or doubtful...but that being said, when I learned to magnetize fairly large ojects to my body, I did not use a single visualization...

I hope this helps...remember, there is no right way to do tk, but I have simply personally found this method to give me dramatic results.

-let me know how it goes,

Thanks for the help! I\'ll try that method. I\'ve gotten it to spin now, but i\'m trying each suggestion at different times to see which one works best for me. I\'ve also gotten past the Psiwheel having to be one color. I can now spin it in several, though some take a little longer to lock onto. Ive had some trouble moving it the last few days since I got sick. I think it may have something to do with how the advil effected my mind. Im sure its just mental though.

Yeah, I agree, that would be pretty funny. Im sure if they put their mind to it they could really do anything. I mean even if I cant move big things yet it really gets me to believe my parents telling me \"you can do anything you put your mind to.\" They may have no idea of this, but the phrase really is true. I\'ll try the playing cards next time I get the chance. I figure im going to keep sizing it up slowly with bigger, heavier objects. Kind of a mental workout I guess. Ill keep updating on my progress as I go along.

So as an update. I tried to use tin foil to see if it was easier...it was almost too easy...so I tried putting it inside a tupperware container, as I have no glass ones that fit to the table surface (they are all curved). So far I have not been able to move that at all. Instead I figured I\'d try something different. Instead of makind something simple inside something I tried a piece of cardboard as a psiwheel in the open. I havent gotten a full spin, but I can move it. I figure if I keep working like this it\'ll really help. Its almost like strength training I guess. Im still going to work on the tinfoil in the container, but for now im just working on this cardboard. I\'ll try playing cards whenever I get my hands on some.
