I\'ve been using something that I think helped me a lot. I call it psionic tapering, because its kind of like what you do in sports. What coaches do is start off your sports season really easy and nice, gradually make practice harder, hold it like that for a long time. They keep giving you really hard practice until you cant progress any more. Then, they gradually decrease the intensity until your having really easy practice again. What it does is overwork you so your really torn up, and then when you get really easy practice you sort of \"regrow\" all the stuff you used up, a lot, and become way better than before.
I used this with psionics. I dont know how it worked, if its the same as sports, but it seemed to make me a whole deal better. I practiced psychokinesis a lot, reguarly and progressed a bit over about a month. Then, I stopped. I decreased my amount of practice to about 10 minutes every other day, then eventually to 5 minutes every other day. By the end, I noticed a MAJOR increase in my psychokinetic skill.
Just felt like I\'d share, maybe somebody can try it and see how it turns out.
