So, recently when practicing making constructs i manage to create one and then it just [i] disappears[/i] while I'm trying to program it. When i tried to shell it the shell disappeared! Does the energy hate me or what? because i was making a hippo and i was petting it and poof its gone. :-\
Psi constructs with no consciousness maintaining it's existence will eventually dissipate. In your case, you must have shifted your focus from actuating the construct to experiencing the construct, which makes all the difference. Shelling usually helps maintain the construct for a longer period of time, but weaker shells can bust and dissolve if they are not strong enough. Unless the construct has it's own consciousness, it cannot truly maintain itself indefinitely. I would stick to making stronger shells.
