Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and to psionics also. I discovered psionics 4 weeks ago after realising telekinesis was real, and I wanted to delve further, because who doesn't wanna be able to move shit with they're mind right? So I read articles on psipog, etc and I thought I better start with simple stuff; psiballs, EM - all that jazz. I practiced for 10 mins each day til I was able to make a psi ball, or at least I think I did... I felt magnetic pulsing, heat, and random magnetic oscillation type of thing which gained more "power" the longer I concentrated... GREAT!
So after making my first few psi balls, the "psi ball" feeling was CONSTANTLY in my hands, it wouldnt leave at all, it didn't really get annoying. After attempting to shell and program a psi ball to stay there and remain in place, the psi ball feeling wouldn't leave my hands when I let go of the supposed psi ball, my hands would keep pulsating as If I was holding one and there would be nothing there that I could feel.
So I figured, I'll just go ahead with the Psychokinesis and attempt to move the psi wheel, which I did so in an air draft free environment, mouth covered etc, and I had my hands by my sides just to be extra careful. I was able to make it shake alot after ... 2 days and move slightly to the right and left, but I have yet to make it spin a full 360. Anyway, during my PK sessions my hands would become PAAAAACKED with psi, and I figured - it must be emitting psi from my hands to move the wheel - so I attempted to put just my right hand around the wheel, to which it moved better.
I stopped shortly after because I was getting a strange sensation in the palm of my hand, it was like there was a small circle being pressed into my palm, and it felt like a sort of "wind" was in my palm. Basically, I knew then that my hand was "open" and was emitting psi, I could feel it, without a doubt. The next day I attempted to make a proper psi ball, my right hand that had been "opened" and shell it, and add heat. I set it down on a table and I THINK... definetly not sure, I could feel a heat in that area. So to be a bit more sure I made a psi ball in my right hand, and ran two fingers through it, and I felt a definite disruption against my palm. Did the same with my left hand, I didn't feel a disruption, a slight heat but thats normal body heat I think. However the same thing happens after letting go of the psi ball, I still have the sensation in my hands. Plus, now when I'm just going about my business, not doing psionics the psi in my right hand is alot more definitive and prominent than my left, normally they were equal but now I feel it ALOT more in my right.
So here are the questions...
Does this happen to you? I mean the constant feeling of psi in your hand, do you feel like psi is trapped in your hand or if its freely pouring out? What could this be? Do you actually think I made a psi ball?
I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out, and give me tips and pointers on EM and answer my questions as to what the hell this is... because its a hindrance, if I can't even make and program a simple psi ball >.<

As for the psi ball and pendulum, nice job. As for the constant sensation of energy around your hands, you must have been able to sense the energy around your hands very quickly if you keep feeling psi no matter what you do. You understand the concepts very easily. Are you having any trouble with visualization at all? That is the key in Energy Manipulation and the like. This will help you learn to control your energy easier and will help you in programming your psi ball. I myself, have trouble with getting used to energy outside my hands but I have almost full ease with using my own energy. I can make a psi ball, but I do have trouble programming it. I never really happened to experience sudden heat when making the psi ball and attempting to add heat in it. I hoped I helped you with this.
Hmm, so I can sense psi? Could you explain this a little bit better please, its kinda hazy. As for visualization, I don't have problems, I can get psi to move from one hand to the other, yet there would still be psi in both, just one hand would be more concentrated.
Sometimes I randomly feel psi in my third eye too, and I can do this at will too, I think over time I'll be able to emit psi from my third eye and move the wheel... I can also feel it in my sternum, only if I visualize though, and from there on its very hard for me to "move" the psi around my body and feel it moving around. Theres been times where I would be able to get psi in my foot, or shin but It wouldn't be through visualizing the psi in my sternum floating around my body.
Well, I'm not sure if this is worth noting but, what the heck... In school today I attempted to make a one handed psi ball with my "opened" right hand, shell it and program it to singe my teachers neck. I programmed through visualization by the way. So I let it rip and, nothing... but 5 mins later when I was just stretching my hands (trying to put my fingers as far apart as possible) I noticed that my teacher had such a confused look on, and she had her hand by her neck and was like "Wtf?" It is probably a coincidence, and I'll take it as that because it really isnt that credible.
Just one more "story" lol... I managed to get extreme heat for around, 1 second in my hands, I was attempting to make a hot psi ball in my right (this was before I "opened" my right hand) and I did so through visualizing it as a small sun in my hands, emitting alot of heat... It didn't work for say... 1 minute until I just thought to myself "Imagine how hot the sun must be!" And then instantly there was SUCH a hot, burning sensation in both my hands, I shook them and basically ordered it to go away. Meh, I really don't think that the psi was outside of my hands, as It had not been "opened" yet, so to speak.

I have problems with my third eye in PK. I can't seem to feel any energy in my third eye at all. This is why I have trouble doing a simple PK technique such as pushing the end of a Pendulum or spinning a PSI Wheel. But I'm still looking around for assistance on it.
When you were making that PSI Ball to singe your teachers neck, you would have to literally feel power comming under your control, but when you stretched AND spreadded your fingers, the PSI Ball technically was still under your control although you might have not noticed. I'm unsure on how the PSI Ball actually singed, but try many things when messing with your PSI Ball. Like try to make one hot and make it light your stove or a campfire. This is just a mere thought though.
When you made extreme heat in your hands, were you outside or inside? Were you near any heat source such as a heater or fire? If not then thats some way to get a heat sensation going. I would highly reccomend having your hand "opened" before doing it again. That way its much safer to you since your using your energy outside of your hands. It seems you have the visualization down PAT. I've been trying to use electricity instead of fire. But thats just me. I don't have much success with it cause my visualization is completely horrible. 9_9 Also, do you happen to use your dominant hand for making PSI Balls, or do you use both? I feel more comfortable with my left, but I use both mainly.

I would say ignore trying to get energy in a certain place when doing PK, just focus on moving it, and telling yourself your doing it with your mind, once you move it then start messing around with that. Thats just my opinion though.
As for the psi ball that supposedly singed my teachers neck, I'll dismiss it. I tried it again on my friends, teachers and they didn't act as if they had been singed by something... so I'll have to leave it to chance. When I had extreme heat in my hands, there was no other heat source apart from my body heat, and believe me it was definetly psi from inside my hands, I didnt experience it anywhere else. When I was starting out, electricity worked a treat, when you visualise first start by imagining a hell of alot of psi streaming from the earth, moon, sun, whatever - into your body, and circulating around for a few moments. Like a waterfall, that one helped me too. Then imagine it going into just your hands (I prefer both, but since my left isnt opened, for now I just use my right) and then in between your hands, creating a ball. Imagine that ball very vividly and try to imagine how it would sound and smell like if it were electricity. Oh and be calm :P. Do all that, and I think you'll have no problems visualising.
The other day I just made one with my opened right hand, and attempted to shell it. (no way I could know if that worked but anyway) So I felt it there, in my right hand, and I put it over a pan on my cooker which had a small hole in the lid and hot steam was coming out, and to my surprise my palm stayed ABSOLUTELY cool, no condensation whatsoever, but around my palm and fingers etc, was hot and red when I finally looked. So the psiball was blocking the heat, or absorbing it (it was a cold one btw). So I am now sure I made one with my right hand.
The temperature of my psi ball seems to depend on my body temperature, that day was cold and I could feel a very distinct wind in my right hand, as I described in my first post, but in my other hand, nothing, there was no wind around me. On other days when I'm warm, the psi is warm also... I need to know how to manipulate this and program my psi ball, and also to "open" my left hand that would be great.

First of all, I suggest reading into the terms that are used. Numbers posted a few links which I definitely advise you into reading. If for nothing else, it helps a lot and allows everyone to be on the same page.

From your post you make it clear that you are very enthusiastic to learn. That is a very important trait to have when learning something new, although you have to make sure that you are patient at the same time. All forms of Psionics takes a lot of time and practice. By asking for people to reply to you \'immediately\' seems unnecessary. People will reply when they are able to, and you shouldn\'t try to rush anything. For example, to make a psiball \'visible\' or to \'Flare\' it can take months, if not years, of hard dedicated practice.
As I said, take the time to read up on Psionics. on Psipog, and also check out the forums [a href=\"http://forums.vsociety.net/board/14.0\" target=\"_blank\"][url=http://forums.vsociety.net/board/14.0]http://forums.vsociety.net/board/1...
You do need to practice and train, but a large part is learning and understand exactly what it is that you\'re doing. Although there is still a lot of mystery around what exactly is going on, what we can decipher helps you understand what you\'re doing, and therefore helps to break mental blocks that are generally the biggest obstacle we must overcome.
Now, about electrokinesis. Although Psionics is much about \"doing it however you want\", I would highly suggest becoming more familiar with the \'basics\' before trying to go too deep. I just say this because the kinesis of elements is generally considered very hardcore. If you still want to try it, then go ahead. Just be aware that if you are having troubles, it may be simply because you are trying to progress too quickly, and you\'ll have to take a step back. Once again, personally I would suggest becoming very familiar with constructs, then learning to flare, before trying to master something like electrokinesis.
If you need help, that\'s what the forums are here for. A couple tips though.
1) Don\'t post on the forums as soon as you have a question. Make the effort to do the research, either on this forum, the other one that i posted, or Psipog.net
