Psi Ball Problem

I have been doing psionics for 3 months now and am really good at energy manipulation. I am able to make Psi balls and sense them and also shield. Lately, Everything seems to have vanished. I can' t sense anything anymore even Psi balls are hard. I don't know what happened. Any Ideas?
