ok, so i just randomly thought of this in like 10 seconds...

have a plastic bottle with a ring suspended in the middle, by means of a string attached to the lid.

...Just thought I'd share as I think its a good stage between the psiwheel and 'rolling a pencil'. Also, there's no scientific reason for the ring to move at all (other than PK) so if you manage to get it swaying its good proof to yourself that PK exists and that you moved it using it.
;)

Re: PK 'toy' idea

Oh, this is a good idea.  I actually used the pendulum before the psiwheel, myself.

Thanks for the reply. I

Thanks for the reply. I recently used a visualization method and got it to turn quite well (around 4:35) [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lilBgAyZZk]http://www.youtube.com/watch?...

This time, I used a visualization method. I believe the problem is that my conscious mind is getting in the way and not much more than practice will help with that, I think. I use music to focus inward, as I respond to it well. Once the item starts moving, though, my conscious mind gets all excited and gets in the way, which brings things to a halt.

So, the really issue, for either method, would seem to be the concsious mind getting in the way. I don\'t pretend to be an expert or even have half the answers. But it would make sense.

I\'m still very much open to suggestions. In the light of this method seeming to give me better results, I feel I should stick with it until I\'ve progressed a bit before going back to tactical. Still very much open t suggestions.

Thanks

I wanted to thank you everyone for their posts. I had to take a break for medical reasons and simply forgot to check the forums when I finally had time again (week and a half).

I\'m getting back into the groove still and haven\'t been able to practice for a while, but will defintiely try to use the advice given here as best I can.

Again, thanks for the advice.
