Hello everyone.
It has been a while since I have been here, but never the less. I was wondering if anyone has noticed any physical changes that occur when the "activate" there umm... abilities per se. Well what i have noticed is when i am doing claivoyance telepathy remote viewing or a few other things my eyes turn black. Not totally black like the demons in movies but my retina dialates and i have a black ring surrounding the blue part of my eye and it gets really dark and gets noticably thicker towards my dialating retina.
My mom told me once that when i was young (six or seven) that my eyes where always black and i rarely had any blue at all. So that is just a little history of that.
And if no one has noticed try to look for them because i think that there are more "tells" than most notice.
Well have a nice day everyone. And keep your eyes open. :-D

most I've heard about is that many who practice psionics seem to loose weight.
weather this is due to a metabolism rise from expelled energy or people eating less from their interest in another subject I don't know.
plus there are still several overweight psions.
lol. Yeah, that is true. (the extra energy being used at least i think that is true.) And i am speaking a more, whats the word, imidiate effect that is only short term. But in the long term that is a very realistic possibility.
Thanks for replying keep on looking guys :-D
If you could be a little more specific... "temporary" changes means, I assume, ones near the beginning that end quickly, which I'm afraid I would probably not remember anymore. How have you been, anyway? Get you British butt on the net more often, eh?
The weight thing is true.
Hey yall... I’ve been good and by the way I’m not British... but of course that is up to debate ;-) and as for temporary it occurs whenever I start to "look" at something or view something or attempt telepathy. It lasts about five minutes after I stop ummm activating? My telepathy and such. I noticed the change occur five years after I started psionics so it isn’t a "noob" type of thing like weight loss is. So anyone else have any ideas? See you guys later :-D
Well, what I can say about physical changes, is that yeah. For some reason I have experienced weight loss. It may be from something else. However when I started doing psionics I weighed a hefty amount to say the least.. and now I still consider myself big, but I have lost a considerable amount possibly do to practicing.
Also another thing I've realized is, that my academics have gotten better. Now I seem to retain almost everything I hear in school. I used to be a terrible student.. barley pushing by with a grade point average of 1.00 ( 9th grade ), now my senior year I am getting a 3.98 / 4.00 grade point average. My interest in school however has not increased.
I am not saying for sure either are do to practicing, however I am saying it seems to be that way.

I think both counts are attributable to a shift in focus (from physical to mental pursuits) and maturing in a positive, mentally active direction. Whenever I delve deeply into energy work for a while I lose weight, largely because I'm not nearly as hungry, I feel too busy to eat, often giving up meal times to practice, or meditate. As to the grades, mental training of any kind can boost scholastic performance. Meditation, mental gymnastics (trying to move things with your mind... Programming a construct... etc.), and other practices common to psionics are well-suited to improving focus, memory and general mental competence. I don't think there is anything particularly metaphysical about these 'changes'. :)
Faster recovery from all ailments. Faster muscle gain when training. Indeed weight loss may be something, since I'm never overweight. Clear eyes, that can stay still for long periods of time, without dilating the iris or such. Also the shape of eyes at a point appears to be less round than normally and more pointed in two directions, like a more elliptic form of eyes, I've taken note of. Fast hair growth... unless it's natural. (I actually mean all hair, not just the 'hair' of the head, or maybe that is the mainly most noticed in the category, I haven't turned into a werewolf yet).
The most noticable features are mental, or better or otherwise put, the brain. Those who meditate regularly obviously have their brain more nourished than someone who isn't... normally at least that is the case.
Yeah, Imagine being treated for cancer, burns or high blood pressure without the aid of medication or surgery. Imagine even being cured of those maladies simply by someone willing you to be cured. That's the premise behind psychic healing, laying-on-of-hands, therapeutic touch and/or distant healing.
Well.. yes. It's all possible. The universe can be seen as a neverending thing of numbers you see... everything can be shortly translated by those simple digits we as romans learned to use.
I have not gotten sick for a long time. I am starting to require less sleep. on the minus side I pick up surges from my teacher which can result in instant headaches and other effects. This might be TMI, but when she has an orgasm the surge affects a permanent leak near my pelvic shakra (screwed up surgery) manifesting as brief discomfort.
When doing PK, my blood pumps like crazy. The veins and everything in my arms all pop out.
I too have noticed an increase in metabolism during repeated practice. I can assure you that it isn't from eating less as that puts the body into conservation mode which causes it to store every ounce of fat it can.
Suggestion for psions who know they are about to start a practice session: Protein. Doesn't matter if it's a couple handfuls of nuts or peanut butter slathered on half a slice of bread with a cup of milk. This will help prevent you from nearing or entering a hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) state from the increase in metabolism.
Edit: For psions with nut allergies there are alternatives, primarily in the bean family. Some soy nuts or a small bowl of your favorite legume. You could also eat some meat but the balance point for ounces consumed vs grams of protein gained is a bit high meaning you'd have to eat more meat to get the same benefit.
Direct Mental Interaction with Living Systems started with me in mastering the glands in my brain that regulate my metabolism. Certain feelings the body has can be analyzed into smaller and smaller discrete feelings. It was fascinating to track down a persistent feeling that when I remote viewed the persistent feeling it turned out to be a small bug on the surface of my skin that eats dead skin cells. When I say remote view I don't just mean a location, mean like a variable view from microscope to telescope of any large or small area.
Chemicals can be identified by reading the packaging on the snacks then remote viewing a specific ingredient and like camera menu go from view to view until the views repeat. Then from this study the metabolism is improved through practiced imitation and use of the body like solving a giant puzzle part by part. Certain deseases have chemical patterns that if the metabolism is used a certain way kills that desease simulatiously across the body by disrupting the chemical patterns of the desease. Muscle cells last longer during heavy use by reducing acid build up through controlling the distribution of oxygen with precision so that more cells have enough O2 for longer. Being able to conserve quantities of water and food during heavy psi use to make them last as long as possible before getting light headed from a need for nutrients.

Absolutely. That is exactly how I am keeping my Thyroid disorder in check without medication (verified with a blood test).

Advanced perception is very powerful, keep at it.

Actually, all diseases thrive in an acidic pH environment and especially cancer. If your pH balance is on the base side then you don't get sick unless it is a particularly strong infection. Even then, you are far more likely to have less effects than others and recover quickly. There are ways to supplement your pH to make it easier to eradicate disease and infection.
First, brush your teeth with baking soda instead of fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride doesn't help strengthen your teeth (despite what the government has been pushing) and it is a poison (read the warning on the toothpaste label). Who in their right mind knowingly, willingly and repeatedly poisons themselves? Swallowing is not the only way that poison enters the body, it also absorbs through pores in the teeth and leeches through skin and gum contact.
Second, eat green leafy veggies. Kale is by far the single most nutrient dense veggie you can find in most produce sections and I personally think it tastes great. I sometimes eat it raw by itself and it goes really well in a garden salad. Fruit and veggies are essential to maintaining a healthy balance. Give your body the tools it needs to do the work properly and it will respond better to you on every level.
Third, avoid (or at least cut down on) processed foods. One of the worst things you can put in your body is high fructose corn syrup. The more processed the food is before you consume it, the less work your body does converting it to energy. The more simple the conversion, the more of the food gets stored as fat. Cancer feeds on acids and sugars (soft drinks are both). Take both away and it goes into remission.

That is a great feat and I commend you for it. I would recommend for others to pursue a more simple route with the consumption of protein. That is adding a difficult step to an already difficult process for learners whereas the consumption of protein will sustain metabolism and give a boost to mental prowess. Keeping it simple can only help in this case.
I feel compelled to expand upon some of what I said previously. Perhaps this may genuinely help someone improve their life. I'm sorry for getting off topic but I feel that this is very important information. Having lost my grandmother two years ago, my grandfather two months ago and now my stepfather is about to undergo chemotherapy this information is very relevant to my personal life.

This is only one stage of fluoride poisoning.
Second, eat green leafy veggies.
This one should be a no brainer but if you don't know for sure just how much a difference adding fruits and vegetables to you diet will be, watch the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" by Joe Cross. It is available on Netflix. If I knew any way to watch for free I would link it.

The key factor in cancer is low oxygen content in the body which is precipitated by an extreme imbalance of the body's pH. Most people eat horribly and most casual foods are acidic or neutral with a net result of ingesting mostly acidic foods. It is possible for Vegetarians and Vegans to get cancer due to being too extreme to the Alkaline range of pH combined with a low oxygen content in their bodies.

Since I've already driven this conversation over the cliff away from the original topic I will share one more bit if health related information. You don't need soap or shampoo. In fact, they are harming you by stripping the external defenses that nature gave us with harsh chemicals and detergents. I stopped using soap and shampoo in January and my skin and hair have never been in better shape. I take a hot shower at least every other day and scrub as though I were still using soap and shampoo. I also do not use anti-antiperspirant under my arms since all brands contain toxic metals such as aluminum. In stead, I use a compressed alum bar called a Thai Deodorant Stone. Yep, alum. The same you'd see in a kitchen spice rack (though there it would be in a granular salt form). It doesn't stop or even slow sweating but it blocks odor completely. The kicker? I paid $10 for a stone that will last me a year and I don't spend money on soap or shampoo any more. I still use hand soap for food preparation at my wife's request and my hands look dry and wrinkled compared to the rest of me.
Good luck out there.
I\'ve been looking for a place to find guidance with empathy as well... glad I finally found one.
I\'m a natural empath, and not to sound arrogant or anything but I\'m a pretty darn strong one. It gets to the point where I get nervous and jittery in crowds. I also can\'t be around people who are experiencing strong negative emotions (i.e. anger, annoyance, extreme hatred, etc) because it will give me a massive headache and nausea. My empathy even spans over phone calls, text messages, and instant messages: I can pick up on things without even being near the person... without seeing their face, or even hearing their voice. While being a strong empath has helped me in countless situations, I also find it to be a heavy burden at times.
I\'m currently in college and living in the dorms, so being around large amounts of people every day gets VERY draining. I\'ve read about some shielding techniques, but is anyone familiar with any types of stones or essential oils that can help replenish energy and/or block out the emotions that are swarming around me? I\'ve been dealing with my empathy for so long that I can deal with it during the day, I\'m really just looking to make my dorm room into a safe haven where I can relax and focus on tasks that I need to accomplish without being distracted by the emotions of every person that walks down the hall.
Thanks in advance for the help, and again I\'m so glad that I finally found a place where there are others like me
When you can be able to \"turn and ability off\" it helps you recharge or you can just deal with having it always on by finding a way to keep \"you\" with \"you\" so that others feelings being sensed by you doesnt efect you as much. Meanign to seperate you from everythign else coming in. You can go with centering and Grounding Techinques or you can learn a more intense ability that requires ALOT of focus so you are forced to \"turn off\" your empathy to do the other and that way be free to recharge. As well you can gain a new way to just refocus and recharge the mind, soul, spirit and personality and therefore recharge the body.
so a few options:
1. Turn off the ability so you can recharge (multiple ways to do that)
2. Center and Ground (many ways here too)
3. New way to gather energy so you don\'t need to worry about being \"drained from constant use of an ability.
up to you. PM me and we can talk about ways to do what you decide on.
Thanks, I\'ll definitely look into some of those methods and experiment with a few until I find something that works for me. I really appreciate the help, and if I need extra guidance in any of these options I know where to turn to =)
And if you would like to have some assitance in finding ways to do these techniques, i do teach classes on things that may help. I have a School i teach in so not on the website. I also keep email contact with students outside of my area that cant attend this school of Psionics, so i can also teach some things to you over the internet. PM me if you are interested.
I also started a face book group just go to http://www.facebook.com/mikelj84606[... and you can ask to be a friend and i will send an invite to the group.
