Is this Out Of Body?

For as long as I can remember I've had these weird experiences where it seems like I'm out of my body and hovering around. Basically these experiences occur during times of calm, when I'm resting or relaxing. I go into this almost meditative state (although my mind still feels very alert) and I can see myself sitting/laying/whatever as if I were hovering above myself or standing outside of my body. I've never actually ventured away fro my body during these times

I was wondering, if this an out of body experience or something else?

Thanks for any advice.

Cheers.

I have never truely had an OOBE, but from the description and many others I have read. Sounds like you had one.

Sounds like one to me too. I envy you for the ability to just have one like that. My friend once said on a ski trip as I walked into the room that he did the same thing, just felt so tired after skiing he went into that state and floated around. Try venturing around next time, you might be surprised.

This is my reaction to someone using their hands for PK [a href="http//img225.imageshack.us/img225/946/handssk8.jpg" target="_blank"]http//img225.imageshack.us/img225/946/handssk8.jpg[/a]

I'll try walking around next time, see how I go. I shall report back. Laughing out loud

I had the same thing happen to me when I was meditating. I was floating Upwards and I couldn't control where I went. It was like a freaky dream. I "awoke" and I was back to where I was. Sitting in the Meditative position.
