Hello all, I've been looking into psionics for quite awhile, and after a co-worker borrowed me a book published in 1987 titled, "Intangible Evidence" by Bernard Gittelson. I've read a large part of this book and it got me interested again, so I went back to my original site that I was studying on, psipog.net, and through there I found this much more active community. I hope to learn a lot from everyone and also hope that I can help others as well. My main focus lately has been OBE's before bed, and some PK during the day, with various psi-ball attempts throughout the day. I have some problems that interfere with training, like muscle spasms that I can't control. Hopefully through more training I will be able to get over these issues and really be able to focus. Early today I tried an exercise from the book for PK: Get to a spot where there is little to no air currents, with a candle. Light the candle and place it a distance from yourself, so that your own air currents dont interfere. After confirming that the flame is not being influenced concentrate on it, "feel" it with your eyes, then mentally see or tell the flame to move to the right, while also leaning slightly to the right. Evidence is quick, as flame is really just very concentrated energy moving very fast, so moving it is simple, even for beginners. After a minute of going from left to right, I could see the flame inside the flame so to speak, the flame I wanted and the flame that was physical, most of the time they would be very aligned, except for when switching directions, it would "fill" up the side I was changing to, and soon the physical flame followed. My first solid PK experience. Any comments?
