I typed up a very lengthy

I have been aware of psionics for about a year, never had I been able to move a wheel. I was only able to sorta feel my pisballs, thats it. I never really got into it that deep.

Until about a week ago, something amazing happened.

One of my friends Dominic who was very much into wicca and magik told me about his interests. He explained to me how he uses energy to make things just work in his favor. He never has attempted to actually move a physical object.

That same day, me and him take adderall and clean up my garage.

We are still twacked, so we decided we should play with a psi wheel. After trying to turn it for a while, we finally GOT IT!

The fricken thing moved! After doing this for about 2 hours straight, we were so good we could even make the foil wheel bend when we placed our hands over it. Then we started playing with sheilds.

I put up a bubble over the psiwheel that would only allow my energy to affect the wheel. When I did that, only I could move the wheel & not Dominic. I was so amazed! We did this all night. At around 10PM we could really almost see energy. It was sorta like the active cammo in Halo, if that makes any sense.

It was then, we put the wheel under a glass bowl. It took a good 20 mins before we could turn the wheel, and only a little bit.

Finally, we decided not to use our hands. I found that just willing it to turn in the direction you want was much stronger than using your hands. Why is that?

I felt something weighing down my pants. I thought it was coins in my pocket. I reach inside, nothing was there. I was puzzled. Then I looked on the outside of my pants, and I saw what appered to be a translucent clump of psi! I picked it up and Dominic and I just started to laugh.

meanwhile we continue trying to find new ways to turn the wheel under a glass bowl. Suddenly I see another construct of psi. This time it was shaped like a thin chain about 5 inches long. I picked it up and showed it to my bud, and asked him, \"Did you make this?\". He said no. It was a very cool looking construct that I certainly did not make. I just found it laying around my living room lol!.

I took this chain, and dangled it over the glass bowl. It went through and attatched to the wheel. I was able to move it easily!

Is it normal that you find random constructs laying around? Do you think I unconciously created that construct?

At around 12 I was feeling exhaused. I was seeing flickers of light in my perephrial vision, I felt like I was going crazy. Dominic told me to stop channeling or I can become VERY vulnerable. I wasnt sure exactly what he meant, but I stopped.

All night I was just seeing scarry things, and mistaking things for people and such.

This is when it gets creepy.

I heard my door ring. I opened the door, and I see my sister walking up the drive way yelling \"By Adam!\" (Thats her bf).

I walk back inside when I suddenly get a phone call. It was my sister. She said, \"Ill be home in an hour\". I replied, \"What? You just got home\". She said she didnt. I asked, \"Who the hell did I just let in?\"

I rush back to the door holding a kitchen knife in hand. No one was there. An hour later, I hear the door ring again. I open it. My sister is walking up the drive way yelling \"Bye Adam!\" But this time, she walked inside. It was real.

I had a VIVID preminition! I figure this was from all the energy work I had been doing?

I stay up all night watching TV and playing with psi balls.

The next morning the first thing I do after breakfast was make another psi ball construct. This time I compressed it to the size of a golf ball. And to my suprise, I COULD SEE IT! It was a light blue translucent color. Only visible to me, and when I compressed it real small. But I sure as hell can see it, I was amazed. I figured now would be a great time to program constructs for my first time, now that I can SEE my energy! I couldnt really think of much to do with the ball. I was walking around my house holding my psiball thinking of something to do. Then I saw a spider on my roof. I told my psiball to kill the spider when I snapped my fingers.

I snapped my fingers, and the spider fell off the web immediately. It didnt die. It just fell off. close enough, I was impressed.

I had an essay paper due in two days. So I took my prompt, read it. Then I made a construct and told it to use my computer and type the essay exactly how I would. I opened MS Word  & ran the construct. It made a new tab. that was it.

It didnt write my essay, but it sure as hell did try! I figure you would need a LOT of energy to do that The same ammount to write it yourself by hand.

I played with the wheel for about 3 more hours. I showed it to my sister, but she didnt believe me. She was convinced it was some kind of trick. Then I tried moving other objects. I was able to push a water bottle. It didnt move, but it kept tipping ever so slightly. Very cool.

The next day, I finally got some sleep.  I couldnt see my energy any more. But I sure as hell can feel it. Ever since then, I was proficient with psi energy. But I was never able to see my energy again like I did before.

I guess it takes channeling for hours on end & sleep deprivation.

How can I see my energy again without tourturing myself?
