Hmmm, interesting question, a hard one to answer too.
I don\'t have all too much knowledge in telepathy, but from what it sounds like,
maybe you just naturally send/broadcast your thoughts.

As for the person who had no knowledge of telepathy,
some people are just more sensitive to certain things than others.
Sort of like temperature, where someone in 10 degree weather finds it freezing
while another finds it comforting.
