Okay, Well I\'ve made me a tinfoil about a week ago.. And have yet to manage to make it move..

This is what I do
1) I sit down, In a quiet area, A put one hand around the tin
2) I visualize a tentacle of energy extending from my finger tip, attaching to the tinfoil. My energy (red) Then starts taking over it\'s energy (blue) changing it\'s energy from blue to pink to maroon to red
3) I then recite a little affirmitation (\"I can move this tinfoil, This is easy, I am good as psychokenesis\")
4) Then I stare into the center of the tin foil, And imagine swimming in its energy (This is my idea of a connection with the object)
5) Finally and last, I visualize it spinning

I suppose my method is a mixture of the tactile visualization and the \"Just do it\" method.

So, Any suggestions or can anyone tell me what i\'m doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

That should work for
you but don\'t expect
your way to work for
everyone there is never
one way to do things
when it comes to psionics.

Now i could totally be wrong but to me your trying to had. That might sound odd but it might be true. In my own trial and error, I did the same as you. I set to many things up to make my self think I was doing it right, but when i finally did move it I wasnt doing any of the things I thought was right. I let it all go. I put my favorite song on, was sipping on a beer and didnt TRY to move it. I just thought of a clock where the wheel was and i watched the long hand move in my mind, i relaxed and watched the clock move...I did not TRY to move anything.I watched it move. One more thing...what way were you trying to move it? Right or Left....think about it...if all your trying to do is move it, your mind might be having a brain fart....see it move one way consistant. Just keep in mind, if you keep thinking your doing something wrong ....YOU ARE........this might help i hope.

Thanks for the replies guys. But I actually got it to spin before anyone responded. Thanks anyways
