I might think about guest posting, but not about full time blogging. I got ASoM and since I'm focusing on becoming full time blogger, I can't divide my efforts too much.

What you are describing more or so seems like an altered state of consciousness, or a normal state of consciousness depending upon the person, in which there is a marked disassociation from one\'s physical sense Self and the Phenomenology of the person. The problem with verifying the Astral Plane and Astral Projection over an OBE is the epistemology involved. An OBE is just a movement of awareness in such a way that sense of Self is located outside of the body instead of sense of Self being rooted in the body with awareness branching outward. That being the case, it is easier to verify an OBE over say the Astral Plane, because it would be like seeing if there is sensory impingement without the physical senses like ESP. The state of mind you mentioned is useful in working with psi, but I think you should make sure that there is more of a distinction, especially in terms of application of psi.
