Hello guys, just joined here to ask for advice. I have been trying out this with psi-balls for a while now and I experience its hard for me to move the energy to a actual psi ball, and keep myself focused at that moment. My hands twitch and I feel pressure is applied to them but i just cant get this out of my hands to create a ball.
Now i have been experimenting with making a warm psi-ball right where the sensor of a thermometer is and I have made it rise around 0.6C* and I feel successful but I always feel like the energy gets stuck in my hands.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Clap your hands and rub them together quickly. Then let the energy surge into them. This will open up your palm chakras and make what your attempting to do easier. Works like a charm for me, give it a go.

I have heard this just leads to biofeedback. You feel things because you simulate your hands.
It sends energy to your hands via biofeedback. It's generally ok to start with this, because it teaches you how to use and move the energy in your body around. Not everyone has total admiralty over their energy system, so you can trick your body into thinking it needs to send energy to an area to defend it. This achievable through a simple point strike. That being said, you can technically use the energy that's just around to make a psiball, but I'm just stating for good practice.
