I want to learn how to dreamwalk, and I\'ve heard this can only be accomplished through a lucid dream. Is this true? Are there any other ways of dreamwalking?
In the dream, try to find your hands. Look at them. They\'ll probably shift in strange ways because of crappy dream attention. But it\'s important. You\'ll find your hands once you gained enough personal power to have attention in your dreams, beyond the \"do stuff do stuff do stuff wake up\". Once you find your hands reliably, look at a point in the dream. Once the scene starts to shift, focus on another point. Don\'t stare. Just gaze and do this until you can see the dream better without it warping away. From this you\'ll start having better dream recall and dreams won\'t shift in tiny scenes and random events anymore. They\'ll be more structured.
I didn\'t get past this point yet, so well done if you did o_O that\'s all I know really.
Re: Does anyone have a good guide on lucid dreaming?
I have naturally occurring lucid dreams about once every couple of months. what usually happens for me is I get excited and lose lucidity.
I suppose the biggest tip I could give is be aware of when you are going to sleep. I know this seems impossible but it kinda works
