Hey everone I\'m new to pk and would like to hear other peoples methods of connecting to the objects they intend to move.
I personally get a feel of the texture, shape, sound, weight, and color of the object untill i can mentally visualize it prefectly in a wireframe type outline. Then imagine psi or energy filling the outline untill it becomes a solid fighure.
I know everyone has seperate methods that work for them, but i want to see if I can find a more effecient method.

For most, the simpler route is typically best when it comes to PK. Rather than actively visualizing, try just willing the wheel to move. Watch the wheel and /know/ what you want to happen, then just wait and fully expect it to move.

I did that method before and progressed with it alot. I recently switched to the above method because it offered more control, but it has turned out to be less reliable. I think I will go back and rework the \"just do it method\" you described and see if I can gain constancy.

Thankyou for all the replys, but I have a question.
As an observation, It seems all beginners to psisonics begin with Psychokenisis. Lots never make it past the psiwheel, and some make it to rolling cans or practical applicationss; such as opening a door. But it seems as if after that point those advanced psisons stop doing psychokenisis and move on to other areas of psionics, such as healing, Energy manipulation, empathy, telephaty ect..., and some psisons even think it\'s a waste of time.
So my question is does psychokinesis loose it\'s flavor after awhile? Or is it just simply just not usefull enough to warrant practice over other forms of psionics?
Your answer wont effect my practice I\'m just curious.

Is there one thing that is easiest to work with at first? Like a piece of paper, tin foil, a tin can or chap stick?
thanks
