Since I\'m new on this forum, Hi everybody! [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" /]

And now, my question... [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/laugh.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"laugh.gif\" /]

I have read about centering and tried it too, but I don\'t see what\'s it\'s function... So maybe somebody hear could tell me basics about centering. How is it done? And what is it good for?

I\'m sorry to ask such a basic thing, but I haven\'t found this information anywhere so I decided to ask [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/wink.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\";)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" /]

Thanks for your answer!

Thanks for information!

Next I\'m just wondering, how to do that? I read a guide in Active Psy, but didn\'t understand it... Is centering kind of meditation?

Centering can be called a simpler form of meditation.

Think of centering as just relaxing and getting all your anxiety and emotions out of your body,

and then giving you the posibillity to focus on inner abillities instead of outside sources.
