That does remind me of a true story. A girl who was born without pain \'sensors\', if you will, mistakenly put her hand on the stove and did not know she was burning. She died of third degree burns.

Pain is like a boomerang: it\'ll leave you alone while ignoring, but the moment you stop focusing, it comes back fast as hell. Meaner.
