I am very interested in trying to "soften" spoons with PK. I have been trying for a while with no success. I have had some pretty good PK results with the psi wheel using the just do it method. But I havent really been able to think of a "just do it" method for spoon bending. I have been trying the forkyou approach with zero success. But I have never had any success with EM related pk. So does anyone hae any ideas?

Re: Bending spoons

Hello there,

This is my first time posting here. Glad to be a part of this forum. I have been looking for people to speak to about psionics so this is very exciting!

I know how to bend spoons; I did it for the first time about 8 months ago. I cannot get the spoon to bend by itself (yet) but I can get it to soften enough to bend it around and twirl it. I will tell you the way I did it but you can develop your own technique.

First I sat in a location where I could see the sun. Then I spent about 5 minutes meditating and clearing my mind. Then I spent another 5 minutes absorbing sun energy into, what I imagined, was a giant ball of light over my head with my eyes closed. When I bend spoons now, I imagine the light in my sub naval area however when I first began bending spoons, I imagined it over my head. So after the ball of light gets very big, open your eyes and hold the spoon in front of your face. Imagine all of that light going into the spoon and I try to see molecules of light swirling. I imagine more and more light/energy going into the spoon. When the spoon is 'ready', you will feel 'ready'. This part I can't explain and often, I try to bend too early and it doesn't work very well. So be patient. When you're ready, start taking a few deep breaths and saying out loud (and thinking) bend, bend, bend. Really feel it. Like the word 'bend' is an emotion. Here is the most important part; when you try to bend it/twirl it once you've decided it is ready, you MUST KNOW that the spoon will bend. If you start bending it and it moves and you think 'holy crap....it bent....' then you are clearly not ready. You have to have zero doubt. Any doubt and the spoon won't bend.

A few tips;
Try to control your excitement when it happens. When the spoon bends, expect it to happen. If it doesn't, act shocked. Train your subconscious to expect the spoon to bend.

Another tip - remember that when you practice, you will be staring at a stationary piece of cutlery. There is absolutely no tangible improvement before you successfully bend it. But that does not mean you're not getting closer - you just can't see it. That's the reason most people can't do it - who really wants to sit looking at a spoon for hours on end and then come away from it thinking 'that was a good practice'. But it's what you have to do! Stay positive and know that it will happen.

Good luck! You have the ability to do it already. Remember that. ;)
