An Ability As Of Yet Unclassified Please Help Me

unlike most i have been able to astral project while fully awake without trancing or meditating even with my eyes open, though my physical and spiritual sight would somewhat merge anyone have any idea as to what this is ? I also have been able to have visions in my sleep i have since i was a child, but only recently (passed year) has it gotten exponentially more powerful again, a formerly somewhat dorment power has now manifested into my woken body ill randomly have visions be able to tell what someone is wearing when im talking to them, or what they are doing, or about to do, tell them where things are around their house and many other things, i predicted a few times that a friend would win certain things like the subway scrabble thing and various other contests but, it troubles me because some of these things, i have found from research dont advance as much as mine have in only two years my first astral projection was a few weeks after my fifteenth birthday, i couldnt see very well and such but i went, somewhere tranced out for a few seconds then came back, and until early this year my psychic powers were... lacking to say the least i am also an empath, to certain extents something id like explained is why when i feel my own strong emotions i get physically sick but when i feel others feelings, they overcome my own emotions, to the point where i dont know what im feeling and what they are feeling please, someone explain these phenomena that plague me
