This may be more a piece of advice for the future of your skill but if you can develop what I am going to talk about now, it should make life a little easier now and latter.

What I have recently found in my return to pk is that frustration and boredom are bad, they can be all that it takes to stop you from practising. Try to remember that its not the object that matters its the energy that you use and how you use it, for an example.. back when I began I would use my psiwheel and I would think \"been there done that\" because it was the same object, this inturn made me frustrated, bored and impatient and conciquently I gave up.

It doesnt matter what you are moving it all exercises you energy/mind to have better stamina and strength...Its all in the mind. By trying to move heavier objects (like two psiwheels on top of each other) it is like doing weights and building muscle, this way when you next try the single psiwheel it may move. hopefuly this is making sense because otherwise the future of your practise can be quite hard when it doesnt have to be. I also hope you dont disregard it because it may not make too much sense at first.

so remember if you can focus on your energy more than the object I find it helps a great deal. [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" /]

insight.
