Exercise Two: Choose a Goal
This goal could be an improvement over something listed in the “bad things” column of your piece of paper, or could be something you have listed in the goals column. A good goal to choose is something concrete, rather than abstract. A good example of a goal would be that you wish to have a successful business, or that you wish to get an A in your next class. Do not continue until you have chosen a goal. You should not compromise on your desired goal based on what you have been told is reasonable. However, do not choose something that is obviously impossible (like having a goal to be on the moon).
