Exercise Four: Identify Destructive Habits
If your purpose of doing Psionics is to get things that you want, you should start by identifying habits that are destructive to your goals. Your first step is to sit down with your goal as refined in exercise three with a pencil and blank piece of paper. Identify destructive habits you have that are inhibiting your goal. Examples here might be that you procrastinate, watch too much television, or do other things that seem contrary to your goal.
Commentary
Obviously this exercise is psychological in nature. It is not, in itself, a psychic exercise. However, the goal here is to get what you want and this is part of the process. It must be noted that destructive behaviors do act as symbols which relay your negative intentions in everything you do.
