Preliminary Exercise #1: Create a Journal
If you haven’t done so already, create a journal. This can be online (such us in our blogs section), or a notebook
. You can read our directions on how to make a good journal as well.
Your journal should look something like this:

Physical Condition:
Comments:
Do not proceed until you have created a journal. You should probably record your daily progress in the journal. When you are ready, you can proceed by clicking the next link on the left hand side of the page, or at the bottom of the page.
