I've just awoke from a dream this morning in which I was doing telekinesis on water. Basically, I was in a room with a bunch of other people. The floor was flooded with water almost knee deep. The ceiling was open to reveal the sky. A master telekinetic asked us to raise the water to make the ceiling. We all raised the water and held up our hands to keep it there. The master then asked to drop it back down. Everyone put their hands down except for me. I held up the water by myself. I ran across the room almost as if to show everyone that I was capable of holding this massive amount of water by myself.

The more I held it there, however, the more stress I felt in my head. Very hard feeling to explain but if you've ever tried very hard to move something telekinetically, you know that feeling in your head....almost like a soft headache that builds up. Eventually, it got a little too intense and so I let the water down. However, it's not simple because of the air pressure inside the room that the water is sitting on. So, I telekinetically poked holes in this "water-ceiling" which allowed the water to fall with ease.

I wake up after this dream to find that I have a small headache concentrated behind my right eye. And behind my right eyeball hurts. Over the course of a couple of hours, the headache spread all over my head. I'm pretty sure it isn't because of lack of food or water. I had plenty of both. I didn't leave the window open last night or anything. I slept peacefully. This headache is a level 3.5 on a scale of 5. In my dream, I vaguely remember the stress in my head concentrate on this particular area (behind my right eye) but I can't be too sure.

I need some expert advice on this. What happened exactly? Are there any problems that I should be cautious of? What should I do? etc.

Re: Pain after TKing in dream

Our bodies need some getting-used-to bigger energy densities and density contrasts. It seems that even in the dreams, one shouldn't push themselves too far too quick.

A theory of what might have happened:
Body, mind and spirit are all connected and by doing something with one, the others are also affected.

You could use some specific healing techniques or just visualize releasing blockages in your energy channels. These blockages might be stopping your energy flow and causing tension similar to how a blockage in a water hose hooked to a strong pump would.

A really cool dream, by the way..

Re: Pain after TKing in dream

Thanks for the advice. It made a lot of sense actually as I am a very introspective person (mind, body, and spirit all connected). However, the thing that bothers me is that although the dream was vivid, I wasn't lucid. In other words, I wasn't in complete control of my actions. It was all happening too quickly. Therefore, it wasn't exactly a consequence of MY actions (in other words, it wasn't MY fault). It kinda bothers me in that what if I went TOO far and I caused some real damage? I'm not in control in the first place....

Regardless, I've had a couple of Lucid Dreams and OBE's to help with that. I'll focus more on that. Believe it or not, the pain remained since I posted this thread until this morning. It's hard to explain but now, only "remnants" of the pain remain. I'll do some psionic-healing (correct term?) and hopefully that should clear it up.

Mind you, I'm actually quite excited about this as this is the first time in which my psionic abilities manifested itself physically. I haven't been able to FULLY achieve psychokinesis and so I think this is a sign that I have enough power (so to speak) to do PK with ease. Better start practicing....

Re: Pain after TKing in dream

No problem.

There's another suggestion: meditation could help a lot.

I'm having control problems myself and meditating a little more than usual seems to alleviate the geisting.

Have fun practicing  ;)

Re: Pain after TKing in dream

Admittedly, I rarely meditate but whenever I do, it's quite an experience...almost like dreaming while awake. I'll definitely do it more often.
