Hello zacht016z , What you are referring to is a process known as psi-vamping. If you know how to draw energy then the vamping process is very simple and straight forward. You simply lock on to the psi-signature of the target that you wish to vamp. After that you focus on pulling the energy from the target. If you don't already I suggest that you learn how to push and pull energy. In order for you to vamp the target you need to know how to pull on energy. So for a quick recap, find your target. Focus on the target and acquire it psi-signature. Lastly pull on its energy and bring it into yourself or whatever you choose to energize. Hope this helps.

Psi-Vampirism is generally frowned upon in mature psionic communities. However, the best way to defend yourself against a Psi-Vampire is to drain there energy back. A legitimate Psi-Vampire actually has a dependency on other peoples energy (weather they are aware or not). As soon as they realize there attempting to feed on you is ineffective, they will leave. I would only consider learning this for self defense or for brief novelty. It's not recommended that you go out of your way to be a Vampire, It's an unhealthy life choice, and will effect your personality.
