Ok, here's the problem. I can make a psi ball, but it doesn't seem to last at all. It usually just disipates (not too sure about the spelling) on its own after I move my hands away and stop concentrating on it. I've read on shelling, but still can't seem to make the psi ball stay, even for a few seconds. (meaning I can't shell the psi ball :( ) I have not much problems in manipulating the psi-ball, i.e. temperature, making a cold or hot psi ball (visualising using a different source of energy), or a big or small ball. The main problem is making it stay a ball even after I've done manipulating it.
Please help :(
Ah, this just takes practice. Try programming the shell to hold itself together, that should help.
Ah it did! Well, I've made a psi ball that will stay :) Can't really see it though... But the area its supposed to be in felt warmer than the areas around it... So it means I've suceeded right? :D I'll try making a denser psi ball! Thanks!

Not many people can actually see there psiballs, so no need to worry. Eventually you will should be able to make one that can repel physical matter, thats usually the next step. Personally, I can make one that can hold my hands apart.
