I was at my room still trying to find a way to move the psi-wheel, I tried making constructs to move it and what not. I then stopped and started charging my hands, I charged for a few minutes and then stopped, and then I charged again and stopped, I did this for quite a few times.
I then decided to do my daily excersice and do Dumbell Curls, As usual I did it up to 40 on my right hands but I noticed something different, I didn't feel any pain or soreness, Usually by the time I get to 40 I would feel pain.
I then kept on going on and do more curls, I then reached 130-140 curls without stopping and continously but I still didn't feel ANYTHING, I could've went and go further but I stopped because I didn't want to do any physical damage on myself.
My whole arm now is numb and I couldn't move it for a few minutes.
My question is:
Is this normal?
Have any of you experienced this?
Was it a right decision to stop or should I have kept going on?
If it is normal is it a good thing if I "practise" this?
Would I get any physical Damage if I do this?
