After training hard for the last week, I have better control of the pinwheel at differing fan speeds. I start with speed 1; speed 2 at 3m10s, speed 3 at 5m20s. This training has improved my pk overall. Mostly, it has helped me to suspend my disbelief:)

Mixing up my training apparatus is helping me to advance very fast. I think that it's good not to get stuck on the psi_wheel. One of the benefits of the psi_wheel, is that it's on a directional track. A reason that rolling a ping pong ball may be difficult, is probably related more to having to many choices of direction, rather than it's actual weight. If you consider all of the directions that one might want an object to move, and consider the psi_wheel design; clues to apparatus design pop into your head:)

This video is about mobility training for the stasis field. I practice with two pinwheels at multiple fan speeds. Control is getting easier everyday, I will focus for a while on programing the force field strength for the next few days, as well duration. I'm not sure if I want it to be self sustaining yet. I think that performing impromptu pk instances is helping me to get into the pk mindset very quickly:)

Good PK practice:

Nice video, very innovative idea.
Thanks, if you mean the stasis field training, though other PK veterans came up with the idea. I'm getting to where I have complete control even on the highest fan speed(obsessive practice). The stasis field is a good next step after the psi_wheel because you can apply it to speedup or slowdown anything in motion really...once you feel the connection. I am going to work on lowering water temperature.
If you mean the RPKP experiments, I think it's really interesting. Those tests give instant feedback, and people might be surprised by their results:)
How's your training coming? Seems really quite around here lately. I bet there was a group PK retreat to the Himalayas. Everyone's learning special tricks from the Tibetan yogis right? I always miss these things:(

HAHAHA, yeah totally. Psionics is a very involved process, people tend to leave when they realize that it takes some effort and time.
As for how im doing, i got my kundilini to ascend all the way just recently. I feel very whole and complete as a result, and i seem to be able to handle more energy now. Otherwise, I've been trying to astal project. I'm trying to develop a bit of everything though. The fully raised kundilini should accelerate my progress greatly.
Nice!! I have a mostly Taoist energy work background, with some Raja Yoga mixed in; guess I use what ever works:) My third eye is touching everything right now. As for astral, there's an exit technique that has worked for me many times. I use a Tachi visualization from the Wuji posture: #6 is the important part.
1. Stand comfortably with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Make sure your toes are pointed straight ahead.
3. There is a gentle, relaxed bend to the knees and they tend to push lightly outwards as opposed to collapsing inwards.
4. The pelvis is tucked slightly forward so the lower spine is straight.
5. The shoulders are loose and relaxed, not raised up, hands hang loosely at the sides.
6. The head is held up as if suspended by a string.
7. Breathing is done through the nose and is slow, soft, and deep.
8. Eyes are either closed, or are slightly parted but not focused on anything.
Also, the Samyama techniques works for every psionic skill
I seem to have difficulty feeling the connection in things. Thats what is holding me back mostly. I have the mental affirmation of it's connection, but i have yet to actually feel it.
Well, I know you can do it. You're probably connecting when you're not even aware of it. One of the things I practice a lot, is empathy. When I see some one else pick up a coffee cup for instance; I imagine what it feels like. Though, for example, if it's a woman with small hands I alter my sense of scale down to match hers. Sometimes I will watch people in the park or even in a movie, and basically jump into their bodies. The more I practiced this the more it started to happen automatically. Your brain has mirror neurons, which I'm sure have helped you to learn all your life:

I think psionics is much further along than other sciences on the subject, because I'm obviously pushing further when I loose awareness of myself. I am also doing it with inanimate object when I perform PK. It's like I become aware that the object is conscious:)
