when practicing EM to have your whole body shake? not just tremble, i mean shaking like your standing in a blizzard ass naked. when i practice bringing out my energy and let it go into my aura i sometimes start shaking, only when im at my maximum though.
so is this ok/safe?

IF IT HURTS YOU THEN YEA BUT IF ITS JUST SHAKING THEN YOU SHOULD B FINE AS LONG AS YOU DONT HURT URSELF. WHEN YOUR POWERING UP NEXT TIME TRY TO NOT TO THINK ABOUT BEING COLD MAYBE THINK YOUR YOUR POWER UP AS BEING STATIC OR HEAT MAYBE YOU WONT SHAKE NEXT TIME
thats how i do picture it, i just shake like im cold for some reason. i wonder if you can stop yourself from shaking during, if it would bring even more energy out?
Are you RELAXED during practice, or tense? Is your breathing slow and regular, OR are you holding your breath? Being tense or "pushing" while holding your breath would both lead to those same feelings, as would holding your arms/muscles tense in a single raised position for a period of time. Become aware of what your body is doing. Sometimes the simplest answer is the best solution.
SRY IF ITS BOTHERING YOU BUT O'WELL JUST BOTTLE IT UP AND STORE IT AS BACK UP ANGER ENERGY WHEN YOU CANT TAKE SOMETHING ANY MORE JUST UNLEASH IT ON SOME1 LOL
im very relaxed, its not anything like that because my whole body is in a relaxed state. but when i start to use my energy i start to shake, so i guess it is just my body reacting to using internal energy. but i thought external and internal energy was the same? and wouldnt internal energy be more pure and easier to work with?
No it is not normal what is happening is your going past your Ki limit causing a outburst Its rare i read about it in a book or it could just be because of the aura your making with your Ki ouside of your body.
Alright.....
*metalforever puts on tin foil hat*
uberpimptastic, you need to gather energy from external sources if this happens quick enough to where you cant get anywhere in your practices.
Also, if this starts happening, please take a break.
I'm not sure exactly how it may relate to your experience, but this sounds like something described in Taoist influenced meditation practices.
Standing Meditation
At my first private class, Chan revealed a technique called "Standing Meditation" (Zhan Zhuang). He said that it was the most important exercise in qigong. I stood with bent knees, straight back, and arms rounded in front of my chest. After ten minutes, my legs began shaking. Chan told me to take a break. We sat together and chatted about martial arts. Then I tried it again, with the same effect. He told me that, in the beginning stages of qigong, shaking was natural. "It means that there's water in the pressure cooker, but the lid is not properly sealed or tight- it is bobbing up and down. In other words, your body is not yet strong or stable enough to hold the qi." He told me to go home and practice every day. At next week's lesson, I could stand for twenty minutes, but then both my hands and legs shook! This went on every week, stand a little, shake a little. I felt like a fool. But until I could stand for a full hour, without moving, he wouldn't teach me anything else. "If you can't stand, how can you walk or move? If you don't have enough energy to stand for an hour, how can you practice martial arts?" He told me that to master qigong, you must master the "Four Virtues" (Si De): lying, sitting, standing, and walking.
I'm pretty sure knees shaking when standing like that is just your muscles getting tired..
Pretty sure, eh?
Ever tried it?
What exactly is "getting tired" in uberpimptastic's case?
@Uber
im very relaxed, its not anything like that because my whole body is in a relaxed state.
Relaxing is a process, not a state. There is no point at which you can say "ok, now I'm relaxed, check that off the list..." :D
