No video, to my knowledge, though I've heard several first hand accounts, some of which seem as credible as a first hand account of this nature can be. That's not really helpful, but it's all I have. And yes, PK section.
As Rainsong said, you would have to be a masochist. The thought of sliding your atomic make up parallel other particles sounds intense. It would probably be a micro PK deal. Even so, it would have a myriad of practical applications should you be able to endure the pain. Good luck on your endeavor.
Well, me being a masochist isn't all that makes me want to do this. I wasn't suggesting that I do it to myself. I was thinking more like, making my pencil fall through the desk. I personally think I'm a ways away from that. However, I know I'll be able to do it one day. =]
I also have heard a couple of first hand accounts. I asked one of them if it hurt as much as Rainsong said it did, and he said it didn't hurt at all (unless you want to count the time he accidentally fell through a door and landed on his tailbone :P ). So I don't know that the pain is necessarily a requirement. Perhaps if your mind expects it...?
Wouldn't this be psychokinesis? I know about teleportation, but I have never phased. In my opinion, Rainsong's experiences match expectations of these experiences in relation to the expected physiological changes which are purported to be necessary correlations, in regards to psychokinetic activity, I have not personally observed. The logical inconsistency can be noted in a simple function. If y is dependent on x to happen, then we can say x(y). If y is dependent upon a to happen, then we can say a(y). a(y)!=x(y), so if y happens outside of x, then that would mean it can not be x(y), so you have a paradox of sorts. The factors she puts as constraining do not seem to appear as such for me.
That being said, I am lead to believe that the whole "pain factor" aspect was influenced by her initial disposition and expectations. Too many logical holes.
It actually seems unintuitive to me that pain be a requirement to phasing. If the particles in your nerves become interspersed with other particles, they would no longer be able to communicate properly. Of course, if we're going with biology, one wonders how you're able to live while phasing through something.
Please read the \"mindfulness meditation\" portion of the psychic getting started guide. You are going to have to click through a few pages to find it. As far as \"communicating\" with one\'s subconscious, also try progressive relaxation, self-affirmations, etc. All of these topics can also be found in the guide.

Thanks, and I have read those articles some time ago. As I said in my post, I\'m working with meditation.
well, I myself whilst not being an expert on the subject myself to have acouple of things to say.
first, personally, I just pay really close attention to all of my thoughts in general. especially trying to acknowledge where the thought may come from or originate. most of the time, of course, you may just think of food because your hungry. but then you start having certain songs get stuck in your head or feelings come up and just realize that your sub-c is trying to take part.
just my 2 cents and personal opinion on utilizing the subconscious.
Nothing works entirely for me, but good o\' self-hypnosis seems to be the best.
I used this process, which is what some professionals use as well.
I mean either way you\'re just leaving yourself up to suggestion.
Dream interpretation is a good way too, maybe make some ****** tea? It\'s supposed to give you great dreams for a week while not doing much in the day.

You mean besides Rainsong? Article 1, Article 2.
This should probably go under PK, because it isn't energy manipulation...
I meant something more along the lines of a video. But thank you for the links.

Teleportation interests me more than phasing to be honest.

Here are some helpful articles etc in your task. Personally I use trances to help unify different levels of consciousness, SunTzu has an article on psipog about trancing ( http://www.psipog.net/art-tranci... ) and I have an article on this website which includes trancing as a subject ( ).
Additionally there is this: (Seminar on affirmations and technique design)
Now, read :-)

Thanks for the tips, I\'ll keep your ideas in mind. Hopefully one day I\'ll be able to do this ^^;
