Is it possible if you shield too much that you can physically exhaust yourself from it? Because I think that is what's happening with me... I've been shielding a lot for a 'project' but I really think that's happening...

yes it is your using energy to make the it and if its your own energy u will get tired inless u build your psi muscules up
