I originally intended to post on here with only one question about PK but now realise I have a few. My first question is to do with direction in PK. I am finding that I can roll thing, i.e. pins etc and also slide things, i.e. coins but seem to have only really had success rolling/sliding to the left. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to deal with this?
My next question is to do with general object manipulation. Is there a particular area of my body I\'d be best using,i.e. focus psi through hands or head?
My final question is to do with skill level. I don\'t feel that PK neccessarily comes naturally to me. When I first started, it took me I think about a couple of weeks to get observable results rolling a pin across the table. Is this time period indicative of skill level? Would be greateful to hear people\'s opinions.

It\'s hard to answer some of these questions confidently, because the methods and controls tend to vary on opinion. Ill see what i can do though.
For your first question, It is believed in some groups that energy has a natural way of moving or cycling. Moving it in the other direction can be difficult, especially if you don\'t know how to alternate the field polarity without physically changing your orientation. Changing your orientation is a good tactic for beginners, however i would kick the habit as soon as possible, it\'s limiting in the end picture.
Now, questions two. It actually doesn\'t matter what part of your body is used for PK, all are equally effective. Truly in the vastness of space there is only the illusion of separation, and distance is relative. However for a beginner it\'s nice to be close to the object, because it\'s difficult to grasp the full ramifications of these realities.
Lastly, having observable results after just a few weeks is good. Some people can take months to years, or even have no results at all and eventually give up. However you cant really gauge your skill based on this, because everyone has a different natural field to work with. PK can be easier or more difficult depending on the effective carrier strength of your natural field.

Hi ArcAvenger, thanks, you\'re reply is very useful. I notice that you have a variation on the Taijitu symbol (yin/yang, black/white) therefore, when you talk about energies and field polarities are you talking about something akin to yin and yang? If you could clarify, I would be grateful. Also, what do you mean by natural field and carrier strength?

My particular variation represents an interaction between the casual and acasual. But yes you are correct, it has a bit to do with yin and yang. You must have balance to utilize both.
As for fields and carrier strength, those have to do with the aura, and your ability to stretch it into the PK subjects aura. People with strong auras tend to be naturals at PK, because it takes less focus and energy out of them. This applies with multiple methods of PK.

Thanks again, I understand now what you mean by natural field better, I take it by aura you mean of the electromagnetic variety or something similar? However, if you could just clarify your statement about utilising energy, that would be useful.

Thats it, good effort, and best of luck.
