I\'m a newbie, and tonight was my first successful experience with a construct. After finishing it and sending it off to do the task I gave it, I went to start another, much smaller one. But while starting the second one, I felt kind of like I had a lot less energy within me, and couldn\'t put as much into the second construct as I wanted to. Is this due to an error I made while putting the constructs together, or is it possible that I\'m just simply limited to one full construct at this point in time?

I think you ran out of Energy... Thats why you couldnt do the second construct... Try recharging yourself with Energy before you do a second construct.

I see, and I should go about that by grounding and centering, right? Thanks for the response, that makes perfect sense to me.

Technically you should do grounding and centering. I dont do them but I rather directly draw raw Energy from a source.

The whole idea is to reach your maximum Power Level by drawing Energy. Then you can do anything you want to, from a Psi-Ball to a Construct.

I hope I helped you Cat.

While \"directly draw[ing] raw Energy from a source\" is a solution it is not exactly a preferred solution.  First of all defining a \"source\" is necessary.  Most commonly the Earth itself, Moon, Sun, stars, trees, other people, or more abstract sources, like emotions or ideas (God, good, evil, etc.) are chosen as sources.  If that source is close in nature to the construct you wish to create then it is probably a good choice for the project.

I would suggest however you first explore increasing your own ability to generate and use \'energy\' without drawing from another source.  Meditations that focus on raising energy, or the use of tactily derived generation are my primary recommendations.  A simple meditation is easy, and you can probably some up with one on your own following a basic template (template: Envision your body filling with a substance you associate with \'power\' or \'energy\' be it light, electricity, water, whatever; then visualize and feel the continuous increase in density until you feel \'full\' of that energy).  A tactily derived method would be, for example Robert Bruce\'s NEW Energy Ways.  The basic premise is to visualize tactily (as though using an invisible limb, or a condensation of your mind) the meticulous stimulation of various Chakras and sub-Chakras, causing them to activate and produce/bring in energy.

Any of the above methods are valid if your problem is in fact a matter of generation, you may find however, as you practice with constructs that your upper limit is concentration, rather than \'energy\'.  Initially it takes substantial focus to make constructs while already maintaining one or several others.  Eliminating distractions (or selectively altering them) may prove more helpful than anything else mentioned.

I agree with you Miri. I just want to add that if you want to start with a basic and easy-to-use source of energy for creating a construct, then try to use energy from Earth. Water is also another good one. I wish you success in your efforts Cat.
