Okay so I\'ve been going about a month now with Pk. I have read alot of the manuels and even energy manipulation manuels. The thing is I can\'t get it to move. And my head incidently has been hurting way more then it should this past month. So can anyone give many any suggestions on how to help me with PK a little bit. I feel like I\'m almost there I\'m just missing something.

I\'ll tell you smthng, I was just like you, doing EM  and PK for about one month and a half without any results but the feeling i was almost there. Then  I realized I was trying PK just to try ( lik a brain self defense, if i failed i could say \' I wasnt in this for real anyway \' or \' This isn\'t real\' ). Then  I changed my mind, I started to train for real, expecting results without thinking about my doubts (\'will this work?\') and focused in psionics like a volleyball player focus on volleyball. Now that i\'ve changed my mind, in the first day of this new vision of training i moved it for the first time under the glass but with my hands on the glass and for the first time with my hands off the glass, without any doubt it wasn\'t me. If your head is hurting, please take a break.  This is a sign that you need to rest. Practice psychokinesis in 15 minute intervals (or until you get a headache), take a break, and get a snack.

The culprit in a lot of headaches is tension. When people strain themselves, in terms of focus, they are activating the sympathetic parts of the parasympathetic nervous system pulling those muscles at the top of the head close together which restricts blood flow and creates muscle fatigue, in those areas, resulting in cramps leading to the pain that you know as a headache. This is not linked to psionic activity, at all.

Before someone points the finger at any practice that they are doing, in regards to headaches, they should look at stuff as the amount of time they spend in front of a computer screen, the amount of water and electrolytes they are getting, light exposure (eye problems can cause issues with headaches or squinting because of a lot of bright light can cause tension leading to a headache), stress, etc.

If one is getting a headache, period, while doing PK, they are doing it wrong, for that means that they are not producing the more strongly associated alpha brain wave states and causing themselves to have a headache adding insult to injury. That could be seen as the first mistake and why nothing is moving at all. One would be practicing in 15min intervals while suffering a headache all the while moving nothing adding to the frustration thereby increasing the degree at which their head hurts.
