Hello everyone. My name is Sascha and I joined this site in the hope to learn techniques that might enable me to get a hold on my brain which is running wild at the moment.
Its slowly getting to a point where I face serious health problems. For example, if I meditate and focus on my heart and get nervous about something at the same time (I am pretty sensitive to emotions...I do pick up on vibes from people around me or my enviroment...or just from my own mind) I start getting an irregular hearthbeat...same happens with lungs or stomach (cramp like). If I focus and let anything make me nervous the sh*t hits the fan.
Of course I was already in hospital because of this - and I did get checked thoroughly - but everything seems to be good with my cardiac and other systems. The only explanation so far is adrenalin...which obviously influences the heart and other organs.
I\'m way to sensitive to the world around me...I just want to reach a point where I am no longer influenced by this...or at least able to shield me from it.
