Just to point out, psions aren\'t the only telekinatics out there. Let me say I\'ve heard of some non-psions that practiced other \"mystic arts\" do some weird shit.
I don\'t think there is any limit. It seems, and there are a lot of thoughts on the subject related material, that every thing exists on perspective alone. There are people that think that from scientific communities, relating to quantum mechanics I think, to all the different occult schools of thought and then to psionics. I think it\'s like a battle of wills. A global, or multi-universal, conciousness of sorts that has like a will setup. Basically if you will it you can do it, that\'s been a global idea in different religions and things and Aleister Crowley\'s main quote was something like \"Do what thou wilt\". But anyway, the point is, I would think as long as you have no uncertainty in your mind then you have unlimited potential. I think it could be sort of placed down as an equation, a rather poor and off the top of my head as it is:
Effect (in this case, PK) = potential of will (user) + potential of will (of believers) / will against (of others) * will of the self
---
Something like that to try and display the idea, but it makes sense to me, how else would you explain any psionic effect unless you have indefinate tools that specify such effects. And as for people that would have power to do really amazing things, for the most part the occult related things and psionics is almost the same and in some cases is the same in certain things, and if I were someone who could, say throw a car at will for example, I don\'t think I would actually tell anyone unless I was highly egotistical and highly ignorant and stupid.
spontaneous experience about 2 years ago that kind of freaked me out. I haven\'t told many people because of the unbelievable factor. I was driving home at about 2 am. Two stoplights before the Interstate on ramp. I was approaching, at full speed (57mph), a light that had become green. As I was approaching the light, some guy in an SUV was beginning an \"I\'m gonna get in front of you like an asshole\" turn, and an accident was about to ensue. I just said \'NO\', and pointed my right index finger at the SUV and moved my arm right (kind of like Jedi\'s do (sorry for the SW reference). The SUV immediately reversed it\'s movement direction and \"stayed with\" my finger until I stopped pointing and was through the intersection. I nearly \'shit\' myself when I realized what had \"happened\". Unbelieving myself. But, it happened. I suppose the point is that all manner of \"Jedi\" stuff is a possibility, and the only limit is oneself. I think what made the \'event\' possible was that there was NO THOUGHT involved. It was purely a reaction on my part...kind of instinctual.

Hmm...
...I\'ve always thought that one would do their best in \"do or die\" (for lack of a better term) situations. Oh and welcome to the community!
