Hi. I just started yesterday and realized that what I was feeling between my hands when I was a kid was actually psi.
But I also learnt yesterday that our energy is not limitless and that caution must be taken to use it, otherwise injury will result.
I noticed this as I was trying out the methods to move a very tiny psi pinwheel abt 0.3x0.3 inch. I had strong motivation, but also knew that I probably won\'t be able to move it and won\'t be disappointed.
By the time I finished trying for 1 hr, I could feel some kind of headache which I don\'t usually feel. This led me to think of some questions:
1)If our energy is not limitless, it was mentioned that eating restores some of it. But does sleeping also do so?
What would be the best ways for recharging?
2)Starting out as a beginner, we are able to sustain a small amount of energy for a short period of time. With more practice, does our sustaining capacity improve?
3)Going over the limit would cause injury. What kinds of injury are possible?
4)Does just building a psi ball without using it drain some of your reserves?
I hope thats not too many silly questions to answer in one go. I just want to clear some doubts to know what precautions to take.
