okay, well... I have just started TK and, I\'m currently practicing with a psi-wheel.
this is what I do
1.) I \'attempt\' to clear my mind (doesn\'t work so well, because im excited)
2.) I then stare at my psi wheel (my psi wheel is made up of a sewing needle, a slab of wax, and an index card cut in 31/2 by 31/2)
3.) As im staring at it, I try to imagine I can see it from all of its sides, Without moving my head or eyes. I think try to imagine that it is part of my body. That I can move it as i please, Just as I move my hand or other parts of my body. (usually, When I do this, My vision gets a bit blurred, and I do think i may lose track of what im doing)
4.) After what I call becoming \"one\" with it, I try to imagine a gust of wind, Coming and slightly tapping my psi-wheel\'s side.
To my disappointment, I usually find that this leads to no results. (except a small aching head every once in a while )
I believe my problem is that my sub-c will not allow itself to think that TK is real, Thus limiting my abilities, Despite how much I tell it I believe, And that It IS real.
So, Anyone got any tips? And am I doing anything wrong? Thanks guys!
